CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – Return and refund is only for products having warranty- If the warranty not mentioned in description it means that product doesnt have any warrenty or refund or replacement. Customer can check the product from the couriers hand itself if needed. After the delivery refund or return will only to the products having warrenty mentioned in the description with the products. For claiming the refund customer had handover the product in its orginal packing with the waybil or invoice and after handover we will refund the money with in 14 days and AED 20 will be deducted as a courier charge from the total amount.

We deliver our Products to UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
