Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 
 
Arabianshope reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. 
 
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
